These changes have taken affect as of January 1, 2012!
The VPL packets have been reviewed and reformatted to create a more consistent and uniform set. All front pages should look similar with each section split into units. The Discovery Streaming links have been checked and the videos in the video unit have been relisted to match order of activity. The order in which the quizzes are listed in the quiz packet and the key packet are match to the assignment sheets.
Here is a listing of the changes in content:
Earth & Space Science A
Video: "Exploring Space: The Universe" question number 1 answer has been change so that light year is defined as 'The distance that light travels through space in one year.' instead of the amount of time.
Video: "Forces that Shape the Earth" modified answers on quiz to match answers on key.
Earth & Space Science B
The visiable URL for Discovery Streaming was not the same as the link, corrected.
Unit 6: Cloud activity - created a key and included it into the teachers key for Earth & Space Science B.
American History A
Video: "The Great Depression" quiz did not match the video so a new quiz was written and replace the existing quiz.
World Geography A
On page 15 of the assignment sheet the direction references a list of continents would it should have been a list of countries. Modified name to be countries.
Health
Health project 4 URL for NAT was lost. Changed the URL and modified directions to clarify procedure.
World History B
Video: "History in Focus 1940 - 1949" the quiz was modified to match the quiz key. |

Attention Schools that use any School-to-Home license(s):
AEC send out a notice last week that they would not be renewing these license(s) this coming year for any clients. Their focus is to get school switched over to the new Web-based Aplus system called WBA. If you are having trouble contacting AEC on this issue or have question please call the VPL helpdesk.
